Vince, So if you have IRman and learn Girder, you can basically use any IR Remote, such as the Home Theater MX-500, to control your PC? I'm still new at this, and still very unfamiliar w/ all the gadgets that comes w/ HTPC. Joel

For those using the Zoltrix Nightengale Pro 6 for the SPDI/F out, how is the AQ compared to standalone DVD player digital out? I don't really care about analog out, I just want a digital out from sound card w/ the same quality as standalone player. Or is that asking too much from PC sound card?

Count me in for a problem w/ Monster Song on DVD 2. And I have Toshiba SD4700. Surprisingly, I don't remember the layer change at the end to be that bad which is kinda a surprise for me since my Tosh is usually horrible for layer change. Joel

what are the title of those brand new DVD's? I never had any problem playing any DVD before w/ my 4700. The newest title I played on my 4700 is "Spy Game" I believe.
