I have just played it for a while.. not too bad - the place is huge!! tons of places to go - i am not sure if I like the whole eating / stamina thing.. maybe it will grow on me.. I have to admit it looks visually crapy on a 51" tv.. lol. I wish there was a progressive scan option. jim

I just picked mine up at best buy for $39.99 - they price matched micro center for me. can't wait to play it later today! jim

jeff - I have the 46h84 - and its pq is IMHO outstanding - except for the dreaded white line (aka Center Drive Line). Once you see it - you will spot it allways. Not all units have it. It seems to be hit or miss. There is a fix for the 83 series - it has not been verified to work on the 84...

thats the key - balance the time out with other viewing habits and there will be noting to worry about- my neighbor vids for 2 hours a day - and has had his toshiba 43h83 for 2 years now - no problems
