I think Hogan's Heroes deserves a mention. Good quality considering its age, and Season 2 even had some special features.

Season 3 was announced today! Release date is March 7.

Apple has an old article that goes into some of the production process of the series. I found it interesting that they only use a single camera.

Bumping this thread, does anyone know Paramont's timeline for HH releases? Will the seasons come out twice a year, more often, less often, or what? I'm ready for Season 2!
