What makes you think they licensed any more titles to Criterion? Have heard nothing like that. There were some rumors that Paramount were going to let Criterion release some of the Republic titles but that's about it.
Has Disney lost the rights to the Ghibli library? I know that Ponyo just came out...but could the older titles be going out of print because the license has expired?

No. I just picked those titles off the forthcoming list on .org. Friends of Eddie Coyle should be added but Criterion has already semi-announced that one via the newsletter so I left it off.
