I don't have this particular model, but I do have 3 Panasonic plasma TVs currently in use that I purchased over the last 3 years, and I'm very satisfied with all of them. Panasonic makes top notch plasmas, I say go for it.

Depends a lot on the state where the property is located. There are procedures that have to be followed and in some states it can take 2 or 3 times longer to close than in others.
