Maybe, your name is familiar. However, I JUST got the stuff from WB to exchange my disc for a new one. I will fill this out tomorrow and mail it off Monday. I just hope that this doesn't take too long. And that it works out in the end.

Only problem with that is this is the second disc from Amazon with the same problem (in the same place). I think this was a bad batch of discs but there are very few complains. But at least 2 discs I have had both from Amazon have had this problem.
