I have a 27" Samsung HDTV, and I'm assuming it doesn't support 720p, it only supports 480i/p and 1080i as far as I know. What TVs do support 720p? I haven't seen it advertised on any. I asked a guy at Tweeter and he said they didn't carry any.

My XBox sure doesn't seem to be dying. No skipping in any other games, CG or otherwise. I got a 2nd copy of the game, same thing, so I got worried, but that copy ALSO skipped in my friend's XBox that also works fine with everything else. A bunch of other people at GameFaqs agree the cinemas...

I've talked to some other people, and quite a few have the skipping too, and then there are other people who say they don't have it. Are you sure you don't see any skipping at all? It isn't huge long skips, it's quick little ones.

Ugh, I was so disappointed by the cinemas of this game. They skip about every 5-10 seconds, and it's very noticeable.

I'm suffering a weird little problem with my PS2. I'm using Sony Component cables with the Samsung 27" HDTV. I switch the TV/Video to DVD, then turn on the PS2. When it boots up, all the menues are lightly flickering. Not that bad, but definitely noticeable even if you aren't looking for it...

Ya. I'm not sure if it is technically flickering or just them moving. But there's definitely something changing.

I know this topic is old. But it's still bothering me. It's there sometimes, then other times it's perfectly still, no flickering at all. It's usually fine at first, then flickers as time goes on.
