I just thought I would ask a quick question to the forum that would probably have the answer for me. I am probably one of the few that like this film, but I got a Widescreen TV last christmas and I was just thinking since the DVD can be found anywhere for about 4.99 that I should probably update...
I remember there being SLIGHT windowboxing during the airing of Once More With Feeling, but it wasn't noticable. That picture on the other hand, um yeah VERY noticable. Does it look like that when played on a TV screen or is it only that noticable when played on the computer? Because even if I...
I would think that "Gift" easter egg was for the R1 DVD- I mean why would they need to make that an easter egg for R2??? R2 get's the "previously on"s...
On DVDempire.com the back cover image shows the features as follows: SPECIAL FEATURES: Fairuza Balk Returns to Oz Original TV Spots Original Theatrical Trailer French Language Track SPECS: Dolby Digital 5.1 Surround Sound Widescreen (1.85:1)- Enhanced for 16x9 Televisions I'm...
I got a samsung set with a digital amp that does DTS sound or something like that- it's all on the box :) and the DVD player itself does do progressive scan with audio and video or something like that- but it's all in there so I'm excited for Christmas- again thanks for all the info
thank you all for answering, I went to Best Buy today and bought a system that had a DVD player with it that had DTS it's pretty sweet as well- can't wait for my dad to open it to give it a test drive! :)
I have an older Tobisha DVD player that has been playing fine since I believe 1998 or 1999 I can't remember- anyway I have another player from Apex that says DTS output. I am going to be purchasing Surround Sound for my dad this christmas and I was wondering if the DVD player itself has to have...
On creature-corner.com in an interview with Wrong Turn director Rob Schmidt, Schmidt revealed that Fox may be shaping up a documentary called "Meaty Pieces" for the DVD. He is unsure if FOX will release the movie with more graphic footage but included on the DVD there are going to be Deleted...
I think it could be possible at some point- I wouldn't doubt them double dipping it much like The Howling to come out with a Special Edition in a couple of years (even though The Howling was basically a year apart from the SE)
Well after waiting a couple days (well, being off in Maine wilderness could be considered waiting...) I decided to check up on what Sony.com had to say about their dvd release on the new Deluxe double set of the I Know Films- and here is the scoop: I KNOW WHAT YOU DID LAST SUMMER: -...
If you go to DVDPLANET.COM you can pull up a larger picture of the cover. They aren't that great of covers but the first definitely states "SPECIAL EDITION" at the top.
That's what I was thinking because well companies like Paramount would be all over a collector's edition with that minimum of features- I mean Columbia is re-releasing ENOUGH in a special edition to make up for the lame barebones release last year- yes I know ENOUGH isn't quality film and...
Dvdfile.com just announced that Columbia is releasing a new lower price reissue of the double set with new cover art. But the announcement says "specs are the same" but the new awesome (read: horribly disgusting makes me want to gag) covers shows I Know What You Did Last Summer as a SPECIAL...
