Matt I can get you a Sony STR-DB940 for your price. It was my main HT receiver up until about 18 months ago when I upgraded to one with component switching. It meets all your requirements and I have the original remote and box. Not sure on the weight though, but I'd guess just under 35 lbs...

I ordered the Epson as well (gonna use it for the outdoor theater) and it clearly stated the screen was NOT included, but my recollection was the same as yours, that the screen was included at one time (like last week Wed or Thurs) Good luck getting the screen, I don't (and shouldn't) expect...
