More Criterion titles going OOP June 30th... CC

For certain regions, sure, but Criterion's license for releasing "Breathless" doesn't come from Studio Canal. I'm not sure who Criterion's license is from but it could be Rialto, mk2, or Genius. Just like Studio Canal released a blu-ray for "Last Year At Marienbad," Criterion hasn't lost...

Criterion just added "Close-Up" and "Everlasting Moments" to the blu-ray list now. That's FIVE blu-rays for June! CC

It probably means that because of the lower price during the Criterion sale on Amazon's site for the past month, many people jumped on the deal, Amazon ran out of stock, Amazon doesn't know when they'll get in a new shipment from Criterion, and you missed out on a great blu-ray at a great price. CC

For those interested in the blu-ray replacement cases, this is Criterion's latest response to me... CC

I really enjoy this film quite a bit, actually. It was on IFC again last night, so I can't wait for my blu-ray to arrive next Tuesday. CC
