Eurotrip Unrated DVD - Is there an insert included?

I bought the unrated version of Eurotrip on DVD and when I opened it, there was only a DVD. There was no insert included inside. Was there supposed to be an insert and it was left out or did they package it intentionally without an insert? Anyone who bought this DVD, please chime in. Thanks.
