Re.Gorky Park KL BD, I agree with you. But as a point of interest, the 1st edition was on a Bd - 25 disc according to a reviewer & noted as being about 18.93 mbps. The reissue is on a BD - 50 for what that's worth.
Chinatown is such a jem & invariably draws me right into the period. It's high on my "short list" as well & it's always followed by "The Two Jakes" (the sequel /16yrs), directed by Jack himself).
I just recently got the KL label 4K of both "The Apartment" & " Some Like It Hot". A couple of stunning discs! Both movies are about reference for B&W video I would say.

It's a pretty good disc but there's one issue I have with it - it doesn't have the "stop / resume" feature but only the "pause only". This is terribly frustrating if I wish to put the viewing on hold once or twice or if I have to resume part of the viewing the next day. Can someone explain why...
