So you've kicked me? How come I don't feel a thing? You must have kicked so high that you missed everything... I'm not afraid being criticized. It's part of the debate... There's nothing wrong w/ that. Again to me, if anyone say something bad about SVS, you guys are all touchy about it... That's...
Bolivar and Jeff, The replacement offer is still on. Just send them an email to confirm it. Then send the disc only in, you will probably get it in 2 weeks. LFE on the corrected DTS version is totally amazing. Well worth your effort and stamp :) Alex,
Letz correct that (some might be sensitive on the issue of Perfect English..." As what Mike always say "Look...It's an Azz..." and add " :D " still wrong??? oh well...
Wow, look what I've got from being away couple days... For those that picked on my English, it's not my first language. So I would careless what you guys said... I bet not many of you can read/write 3 languages, but that's another topic... Again, what I said be4 is my opinion and I'll...
I sent my D2R1 version in, and got it back in 7 business days... I got it like couple weeks ago. I can tell you this that the LFE is amazing... Totally worth my $.60 of stamp :D JP DTS version (D2R2) :emoji_thumbsup:
yearn... too much bible talking in here... To sum it up... SVS isn't the best... they r good but not best... too many kids here think SVS is "god of bass" as I recalled... Mike SJ said "ppl is willing to get kill over it" Totally brain washed... Just plain rediculous... I still stand on my...
Cam, +20db at around 30hz is a huge peak... Like Chris said, suggest that you should find a better placement for your sub and eq if needed... Enjoy the Digital sound... Alex,
Mike SJ, Haven't you already make a fool outta of urself on this thread Alex-P It's time to step up! ?
Kissing up will get you real far :D Regards, Alex
hahaha sorry I just have to laugh... You can get/download a sine tone on internet or play it repeatedly (assuming your dvd player can do that) from the calibration dvd that you have. I don't have the link to the site to download those tones w/ me (at work. Alex,
I'm at work as well, and Jeff beat me to the punch... You need to get an equalizer to do that... Unless your Onkyo has some parametic equalizing features built-in which I doubt it... work time... latez
Cam, Re-check your cable connection between the dvd player and the Onkyo reciever. Again, check the setting on the dvd players, read your manual. Tell us how is your connection. What type of cable do you use, name of you dvd player, model of ur reciever and so on? The more info you provide...
Cam, Check and make sure the digital output feature is turned on... Check on the speakers size setting (Large/Small/None) is correctly set. Since you have a sub, I would set everything to small and turn the sub on for LFE. As for Onkyo, I don't know about it... Maybe you can provide some...
Wayne, Nah, not really... I'm cool w/ it... Whatever they say is all cool... I just state what I think, that's all. About "rub salt in the wound", nah... maybe just a lil:D :D :D Then again, he is not wounded ;) Regards, Alex
Cam, I would check the audio setting on your dvd player. And if your reciever is HK, it does that as well if you don't have your speakers size/level setup right... Regards, Alex
