Now then, before we get to the voting or even the nominations, we need to fill the initial list of 128.
So far, with the assistance of some other HTF members, I have complied 113, which means there are 15 spots open.
Here is how we are going to fill them: The first 15 people to post the name of a film they would like to see in the competition gets their choice in. If you name a film that has already played in a previous tourney or one that is already on the list for this one, you just get skipped. I will count the first 15 films that do not appear on either list. Yes I know you don't know which ones are already on the list for this tournament, but that's part of the fun. :)
One film per person until we fill the list, then we will move on to nominations and voting. Picking a film at this stage does not count towards the nominations and seconds which will be allocated to each participant.
I will explain the rules for nominating and voting once we get there.
Let the games begin...

To avoid any possible confusion, please provide a year or the name of the DP with your picks, just in case there is more than one film with the same title.

Sorry but films that have not yet been released cannot be picked.

I'll let you go again if you want, Scott, since I didn't mention it.

Although I thought that would be a given.

Ya know, Scott. That was probably a wasted vote, if you think about it.

Also, I'll add a loud Damn it! for the fact that I have a long hand-written list of movies I meant to send to Rain as suggestions for this tourney. For a month I've been planning to type it up "tomorrow." Serves me right...
