I have my computer back, and Jason hasn't posted on HTF since 11/13, so I'm taking this thing over. I'm starting from scratch with a new thread so I can edit this original post.
A very important things concerning this tourney:
I have e-mail notification on and it's easier for me to count votes as they come into my mailbox. Once this tourney has started, I'll only come to this thread to post updates, vote (yes, I'll be voting) and general interjections, so take heed: If you EDIT your posts to change something, I will NOT see it. I only see originals, not edits. If you want to make a change, better to just post again, or else your change will go unseen by me.

You didn't say how many nominations, but I'll assume three as before:

A Hard Day's Night
It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World
The Lady Vanishes

Clerks
The Thing (1982) - I'm not positive if this film takes place in one day; need verification.

It's A Wonderful Life? That's kind of stretching it, don't ya think?

Nominate:
American Graffiti
Playtime
—I’m going to nominate this one again, as I know that I can’t be the only one who thinks this to be a very funny film.
Picnic at Hanging Rock
And by the way, thanks very much Vicki. :emoji_thumbsup: This is the second time you’ve bailed a tourney out of limbo.

You're welcome Lew!

We have 34 nominations so far. I'll give a day or so more then hand out extra nominations.

I think so also, unless Vicki changes the rules. Jason had specified that flashbacks were OK, so long as there were not too many, nor too long. ‘Wonderful Life’, is mostly flashback.

I think that since the main, most important, action takes place in one night, It's A Wonderful Life should qualify.
