Do these two technologies offer a noticeable improvement in visual quality and is it worth taking the time and trouble seeking them out for that purpose? I would gladly exchange "extras" for any improvement in the visual quality of the movie itself.

Who does Hi Bit? It has been said by many that Superbit ofers noticeable improvements in picture quality although perhaps the type of display you use may determine how much of an improvement you will see.
