Movies dealing with high school, but not necessarily 'high-school' flicks.
Lucas
Fast Times at Ridgemont High
Heathers
Rushmore
Election
Sixteen Candles
The Breakfast Club
Pretty in Pink
Some Kind of Wonderful
Say Anything...
Mischief
Back to the Future
Carrie
Better Off Dead
Welcome to the Dollhouse
Ghost World
The Virgin Suicides
My Bodyguard
Fame
River's Edge
Dazed and Confused
American Pie
All the Right Moves
A Nightmare on Elm Street
Summer School
Ones I like, but caveat emptor and all that:
Jawbreaker
Can't Hardly Wait
Permanent Record
American Pie 2
Porky's
Pump Up the Volume
Class of 1999
Bring It On
The Faculty
Valley Girl
She's All That
Cruel Intentions
Get Over It
Student Bodies
Not Another Teen Movie
Ones I don't like at all, but other people might:
Ten Things I Hate About You
Drive Me Crazy
Never Been Kissed
Varsity Blues
The New Guy
Joy Sticks
Porky's 2: The Next Day
Porky's Revenge
The Last American Virgin
The Joy of Sex
There's hundreds more, but I don't think Screwballs and Loose Screws are on DVD yet... :D

My favorite is UP THE DOWN STAIRCASE (1967) featuring Sandy Dennis and a whole crew of excellent character actors. It's a WB film and it's not out on DVD yet. A few years ago I would have said it's WB so it's not out on DVD yet, but they're getting better all the time and there is hope.

I thought of including Real Genius, but I was stuck in 'high school' flick territory. Didn't think to include college flicks. ;)

Watch Savage Steve Holland's How I Got Into College for my favorite representation of standardized test anxiety.
Three others not previously mentioned in this thread:
Kicking and Screaming - grad school lit majors
Monty Python's The Meaning of Life - the proper way to conduct sexual education courses :D
Angus - the painful adolescence of a likeable, obese 14 year old. George C. Scott brings a great presence as his grandfather.
