Does anyone know of a website that lists discs with no edge enhancement or very very little?

Bjoern's site lists a few, not all. Gives a good starting point for reference.

City Lights has little to no visible EE on a 36" TV.

It's a tiny bit soft, but it still looks 100% film-like. (one title card is frozen, probably due to a film break)

Snow White might have ONE shot with EE, but it looks a lot like part of the artwork... other than that questionable scene, it looks great.

Criterion's 8 1/2 DVD has no visible EE, although their Notorious DVD has some in a few shots. Never terrible, though.

If you changed your name to LL you could get rid of two EE's. Posted Image
