Hi guys.

Can anyone tell me if the horror film " the convent " is worth a purchase. I've been reading some rave reviews about this title. But would still like my fellow forum members advice. Many thanks mike. Posted Image

Ps. I think "Adrienne Barbeau" is still gorgeous.

I liked the convent, but unless you can find it for really cheap I don't deem it worthy of purchase sight unseen. It was well done but very low budget and some of the special effects were less than special. It played like a low budget, campy version of Night of the Demons. Definitely worth a rental (I know Hollywood carries it).

I really enjoyed The Convent. It's a great horror/comedy. If you like movies like Dead Alive (AKA Braindead), then you should like The Convent.
