Directors The "What would be a good poll" Poll (1 Viewer)

I was reading through some threads and found the Poll started by Jack Briggs, "How did you hear about HTF?" His first sentence of said poll is:
Now, this is a poll that should be of interest
That got me to wondering what else would make a good poll. Then I wanted to start a winner. But it didn't stop there. After a couple days of thinking and wondering what would be a great poll, I realized a great poll wouldn't be enough. I wanted to start the greatest and longest running poll ever. But I didn't want to cheat my way to the top by starting a "Movie Quote Fun" thread or some crap like that. No, this had to be an official poll. After racking my brain for days, I'm still as undecided as at the beginning. So I've taken the liberty as to jot many of my ideas down, and let you, the loyal, knowledgeable HTF Member, decide which would be a winner. Which you would like to see and respond to. For the lazy, like myself, I have numbered them so you just type the number instead of the whole question as to the ones you'd like to respond to, and be interested as to how others would respond.

1. "Do you hate Daylight savings time as much as me?"

I know many don't have Daylight savings time, so I'm not real keen on this one

2. "If Bigfooot lived in the woods behind your house, would you report him?"

This one feels like a winner

3. "How many people pee in the shower?"

This one is awesome, but I think I may get in trouble for having the word 'pee' in the thread title

4. "How many people own more porn than actual movies/"

Dishonesty would come into play since we use our real names here

5. "If you had the power to bring one person back to life, who would it be?"

A powerfully thought provoking question. However, this one may cause some harsh memories, so I'm leaning away from this one

6. "If someone uncovered a 'lost' Kubrick screenplay, and it sucked big time, should it still be made anyway?"

This one is too obviously pandered toward the many Kubrick fans here. I'm leaning away from it

7. "How many porno stars names do you know?"

Here we are with the porn angle again. Tells you a lot about me, huh

8. "If you could bring Alfred Hitchcock or Abraham Lincoln back to life, which would you choose?"

A variation on number five

9. "Which HTF member do you think has the most back hair?"

I like this one, but it may cause some hurt feelings to some. Plus it pretty much limits the responses to men, and I don't want to be sexist

10. "Do you ever become 'aroused' from playing video games."

I don't think the Admins would appreciate this one. Although I, personally, would love to hear the responses

11. "Sandy Duncan or Pat Sajak: Who is cooler?"

A can't miss winner

12. "How many members think I'm incurably ignorant?"

I like this one, but would be afraid other people might get mentioned, and that would not be my intention

Well there they are. I left some of the weaker ones out. These are my strong 12. Which do you think has the ability to be the all time number one best poll ever?

OOOOH, I just thought of another dandy. "How many times do you post something of no consequence just to push your poll back to the top in hopes of lengthening it's life?"

I prefer #2. If Bigfoot lived near me, I'd cash him on faster then you can say "missing link". That might not be the proper thing to do, but I've got lots of dvds to buy. :)
As for #12, I already know the answer to that one, so there's no need to go into it! :D

Awesome! In my attempt to create the longest and best poll ever, I inadvertently created the shortest and shittiest poll ever. I am indeed a golden god!

Brian, you are a riot!
I rather like #7, provided people would actually have to list the names. :D

#5, though I would recommend something on the line of the "worst audio site on the net" would be an interesting topic for those of us who visit many of these sites as a hobby.

I don't think that one would last too long...

13. Where was Brian Kissinger from February 24th until May 25th?
14. Do you think Brian Kissinger watched Dirty Dancing: Havana Nights as his punishment for losing the Super Bowl wager?
Of your poll questions, this one is in the right neighborhood. It's been awhile since anyone's started a thread dedicated to ripping on other forum members (in a friendly way).
9. "Which HTF member do you think has the most back hair?"
How low do you go before it is more properly referred to as 'ass hair'?

Wow, this sucker's back from the dead (where it should have stayed).
First off, let me address a few things here.
1.) Do you ever look back on something you wrote, and wonder just what the Hell you were smoking that night? And then, you begin to wonder just what else you did that night.....and all sorts of scary thoughts begin to run through your head.
2.) I have not yet viewed Dirty Dancing. I have mailed my feeble excuse to Brad, and I fully expect some sort of evil post directed at me. But, I do have it coming.
3.) I fixed my bathroom sink today.
4.) I went shopping, and bought some socks. The package advertised a "free pair of ankle socks" along with what I thought were regular socks. And even though I don't care for ankle socks, free socks are free socks. Well, the entire package turned out to be ankle socks. I wore a pair for a bit today, and I still don't like them all that well, but I found that I don't hate them the way that my evil memory cheated me into believing. I just get the feeling that my lower shin is feeling a bit betrayed.
5.) I beat SteveGon at cards last night. HA HA HA HA HA
6.) I passed up on purchasing Pale Rider today in favor of the aforementioned socks.

Yeah, yeah. He gets two straights and two flushes and each time I had two pair and had to stay. And did I mention the FOUR times he had big pairs in the hole? That's just luck, ol' buddy. :p) (We were playing Texas Hold 'Em, BTW.) And at least I took out Hutman. Plus there's the hurtin' I put on his wife when I caught that full house and she had two big pair. Bwah-ha-ha-ha-ha!!!!!!

Sorry, Mikey. I have to admit you're way overdue for some luck. :D
And yes, I'm talkin' two pair - the dead man's hand to be exact.

Guess it has been awhile, especially since we don't live that far away. We definitely need to get a poker night going, like back in the old days. :emoji_thumbsup:
