I want to adorn my walls with some movie posters, but my room is pathetically tiny, so 2 normal 27" x 40" posters would almost take up a whole wall. I'm trying to find posters about half that size, but all the sites I've found sell only the original sizes. Allposters, Postersfast, Rick's Posters, etc.

Anybody have a suggestion?

I collect "Insert Posters." They are the posters that (used to?) go in narrow windows near the ticket booths, I guess. They measure 14x36, sometimes have unique artwork on them, and are usually printed on heavier stock paper (real ones, I mean, not reprints) with the MPA # at the bottom.

They look great in places where larger movie posters wouldn't fit.

But they can be pretty expensive because of course they're not as mainstream as 27x40 or "one sheet" poster sizes.

Check eBay for "insert poster" and you'll see. I know Rick's carries inserts. Check em out.
