True, for the DVD. In past years they had Arrow seasons for $17 on blu-ray. Hopefully, Arrow and Flash also show up on blu-ray for a cheap price, but it isn't looking good.

Also I did see the Batman Complete Series Blu-ray on eBay for $58.99, apparently a region-free import. Note this is not the big shebang Limited Edition with all those extras.
