Playing in a handful of theaters, this new horror Western is much easier to steam, via some cable services, Amazon, and Vudu. And if you like the idea of old pros Kurt Russell and Richard Jenkins pursuing cave-dwelling cannibals in the Old West, chances are you'll enjoy the movie, with the actors (joined by Patrick Wilson and Matthew Fox, also excellent) exchanging witty, well-written dialogue on the course of their trek--then some gory gut-munching violence at payoff time. (It runs 132m, so you get your rental's worth.) Produced for a pittance, this one's a keeper, and a sure cult item. Recommended.
