One of the best baseball films of all time....easy buy for me.

Great movie - lousy cover!

I hadn't seen that this was coming from Olive.


And October 20th?!? Very cool!


But $29.95 @ Amazon?!? I don't think so. Not at that price point.

Always liked the movie even with finding it a tad dull.
First time I watched it was before I really knew most of then actors and it was hard to tell who was who because they all looked the same.

I suspect that price will drop $10 before the 20th.

I was always fascinated by the real story this film was based on so I never found it dull at all. One of my favorite baseball films. I will definitely be picking up this bad boy.

I'm not in any rush. I can wait 'em out!


I kinda wouldn't be surprised if it dropped even more...but maybe not an Olive title. I could see me getting this on an eventual sale at my local Barnes & Noble.

This is another death knell for a DVD in my collection.

It will definitely drop more as time goes by, but it should be 19.99 by the 20th.

I would have bought this, except for the fact that I got the iTunes version when it was on sale for $10. The iTunes file is a brand new transfer with newly remixed 5.1 sound (the movie had only been in mono before).
