Projector picture setup help (Optoma HD20) (1 Viewer)

I'll apologize up front if this belongs somewhere else (please feel free to move if so)


I'm extremely close to finishing my theater room. I just this weekend installed the screen and the projector. now yesterday when I was trying to fit the picture to the screen I just could not get it right. I can get the left side to almost line up perfectly but the right side seems slightly distorted on the bottom right hand side. I can't figure out if I should be moving the projector, moving the screen, or changing settings on the projector. or maybe some combination of the 3. (See attached pictures)

I have the projector approximately 12 ft from the screen (11'11" if I remember correctly) based on projector central's calculations.


Thanks in advance for any help that anyone might be able to provide.

The projector is not level and square to the screen. It needs to be level front to back, and left to right.
