I preordered a 64GB 6P. Due November 4th-9th. Hopefully that will give me plenty of time to read some reviews in case I want to cancel. I am also curious about the new Lumia phones due out soon.

I thought they said the new phones lacked OIS?

If you know of a better machine for less, please let me know.

Preorders now up for canada. As usual they overcompensate on the dollar exchange rate, screwing us again.

It's $850 for the 128gb. Still cheaper than the 6s+ For $1300 I suppose...

Damn. You're right. No ois. I must have saw it in the rumor rundown.

That's too bad. Perhaps ruins the perfect phone.

I'm preordering a 128gb 6p in frost and a chrome cast. Will do the same as you if reviews are not good.

Crossing fingers on camera performance

I've liked my last 2 Samsung phones but will probably move away since they are sealing the batteries in now. Can you get to the battery in this phone?

Lol why would you want to do that?

I don't think there is any phone out there that will let you do that. LG maybe?

I don't think these batteries would fit into anything else. Phones only I assume.

I've never bought a phone I couldn't replace the battery in? Not sure what your talking about?

Seems the whole extra battery argument is moot in 2015. There are literally hundreds of those tiny portable battery chargers for sale now that you keep in you backpack, purse or whatever and charge your phone as needed with it. Why waste money on a pricey spare phone battery these days?

Don't need to carry an extra but it sure is handy to be able to replace a weak battery.....I've done that twice...$15, back like new.

Seems like most phone manufacturers encourage/force you to buy a new phone every one or two years. Hence the lack of replaceable batteries.

Recent changes going to no subsidies and no contracts might change that. Still, I've had 2 batteries go bad during a contract...1.5 years in.
