The Disclaimer

Standard disclaimer: All prices are taken from the websites of each chain, or from their printed Sunday advertisements. All prices are subject to change by each chain. Prices and inventory in-store may or may not match the website price.

I, obviously, cannot include EVERY title released in a given week in the RoundUp. The titles included are those that I am interested in...as well as those which I consider will be of interest to a majority of consumers (and sometimes I’ll miss one!). I don't get paid for this, and I don't have the time to list every DVD. So, please don't complain! If there is a title not included in the RoundUp that you want to see, PLEASE just look it up yourself, and be nice enough to post and share the results with everyone!

Note that I cannot include Wal-Mart/Sam’s Club prices in the RoundUp. They set prices at individual stores based on nearby competition, so there is no way I can say here what price you'll find at YOUR local Wal-Mart/Sam’s Club location. And, Circuit City is still out of business...even in Hawaii (where they NEVER guaranteed their prices anyway).

Hey gang!

An exceptionally early WRU this week as my weekend is tied up with other stuff.

And I've got some health issues that I'll be dealing with all next week...so this, of course, means the timeliness of next week's WRU will be in question...but I have done some early research and it will show up eventually. For your patience and understanding I give thanks.

Good luck to you regarding those health issues.

Thanks for another great RoundUp, Mike, and hope the health problems won't stay problems for long.

I'll be reviewing The Honeymoon Killers and Disney has promised The Avengers: Age of Ultron (I thought it might arrive yesterday, but it didn't; I'm sure it will be the 2D version since that's what they always send).

I've got some Fox titles on the review agenda, too, but one can never be sure if they'll arrive or not.

Thanks as always, Mike! Here's hoping everything goes smoothly and you get good news re: your health issues.

Avengers: Age of Ultron is going on the Christmas list, because it's nothing I need right away and I'm a hard person to buy for if I don't leave things to ask for.

SherryBaby and The Cake Eaters are finally on Blu...if any one, now...cares.

Kink Crusaders(not my cup of tea. Likely watch once), The Cost of Love(may not even break the shrinkwrap) and Out in the Open(likely a "party staple" like Secretary, Going Under and Preaching to the Perverted) will be bought...just like every other thing Breaking Glass has dared to bring to Blu.

Go Go Crazy. If you are a fan of drag(The Birdcage being a funny example...) this is still a chore. But having seen Hedda Lettuce once(in Louisville...ages ago)...worth it. I'll admit...this on Blu...is a total puzzler...

What is with the wacky Amazon prices for Spy? Will they price match at the last minute?

I've given up trying to figure Amazon out on some of this stuff. Apparently they get into tiffs with certain studios leading to anomalies like the prices of Spy.

If you look closely, you'll also see issues with their prices on the new Poltergeist, Fresh Off the Boat DVD and Grimm DVD.

Thanks everybody for your well-wishes and "likes" on the OP. Always appreciated!

Only thing on the list this week is Avengers...but stopping in to see what BB has on sale is kinda tempting. Not that I need anything else on the shelf...

Thanks Mike!

Thanks, Mike. Obviously, your health is more important than next week's WRU, so take care and get to that only when you feel you can.

Nothing for me this week. I liked Spy, and will probably end up with Ultron at some point too, but both can wait for price drops because October is so packed with more important things I want.
