Note: The cover artwork omits the words Thunder and and clearly shows in the strap at top, Blu ray 3d and Blu ray, however as noted in one of the Amazon reviews, there is no mention of 3d on the artwork of the supplied case or indeed the Blu ray itself!
It is only when the 3 2d trailers finish that the menu pops up and the option to view 2d or 3d appears.
