1) Run For Your Life

2) T.H.E Cat

3) He and She

4) Twelve O Clock High

5) Julia

Very little chance any of these ever come out. 2 Fox shows, A Universal. and a one season sitcom that Paramount has little interest in. Not to mention "Cat" which I'm not even certain of the ownership or whether there is even a complete set of usable prints around.

Similar to Peter's caveat, I've seen very little of some of these series; but I enjoyed what I saw and would like to see complete releases for all of them (as unlikely as that may be).

Interesting. Since Neil posted this a couple days ago and a cross section of us with varying interests voted, early returns suggest a surprising amount of overlap especially considering the wide array of series from that era remaining unreleased. The top 5 overall so far in this order appear to be:

1) The Defenders - Far and away got the most votes. Not on my list but would have been in my top ten unreleased for sure.

2) East Side/West Side

3) Run For Your Life

4) He And She

5) Ben Casey/Coronet Blue

A few others got at least 2 votes, but the ones above got 3 votes or more from just from the 13 replies currently posted. I wish the distributors would take notice and see there is some decent interest in some of this stuff. Curious to see what the breakdown looks like when more posters respond

By the way, I didn't include Sunset Strip on my list because I would classify that as a 50's show, but since it does overlap the 60's, I understand why others included it so I'll throw that and Hawaiian Eye in as my first alternates.

Like Coronet Blue and Ben Casey, T.H.E. Cat got 3 votes, as well.

My mistake...and you would think seeing as how I voted for it, my math would have been a little better. LOL

My list would be:

1. "My World ... And Welcome to It". This one season series won the 1970 Emmy for "Best Comedy Series" and is some of William Windom's best work in that genre. It's a travesty that it's not available.

2. "77 Sunset Strip"

3. "T.H.E. CAT"

4. "He and She". -- Like "My World" this series was probably way ahead of its time.

5. I would like to put "Ben Casey" here, but I don't think it's aged well.

1) Ben Casey - This should have been on DVD years ago.

2) 77 Sunset Strip - Nice time capsule of the era.

3) Hawaiian Eye - Again, a nice time capsule.

4) 12 O'Clock High - Whats the hold up with this ?

5) The Farmers Daughter - Cute show with nice chemistry between Inger Stevens and William Windom.
