Pairing a receiver with a r-28f home theater system (1 Viewer)

Been wanting to get a Harmon Karmon AVR 3700 at 125W per channel and would like to know if the r-28f home theater system "link ---> " http://www.klipsch.com/r-28f-home-theater-system/details Would be able to run with it. Also If anyone have any sugestions of better speakers feel free to post a link! looking for a system for a small to medium sized room thats good for movies, music, and gaming without to much base to bother neighbors without a sub plugged in, Want to buy a sub still. Set up will be 5.1 in one room and 2.1 in another. will be looking for an apartment soon so don't know room sizes. want to be under 5,000 for the speaker set not including receiver, but have good clean really high-end rich sound.
