When I first heard they were making another Vacation, I was a bit perturbed.

Every fiber of my being is telling me to not like this but I actually laughed a lot

more watching this trailer than I thought I would.

"I found a dart!"

I'm underwhelmed and am shifting to a wait-and-see stance. Wondering if there will be an attempt to do a cousin Eddy type character.

It looks like Rusty's kids are the Cousin Eddies of this in terms of a lack of any kind of common sense. The whole pond thing requires too much brain disengagement for me. "The audience can't smell the raw sewage, so why should our characters?"

I was left behind by comedy when they all started being "adult," (read: juvenile and disgusting) and this is another in that line.

That trailer didn't convince me that this movie had any right to be made, but I did laugh out loud three times watching that trailer.

Has Randy Quaid retired from acting? It looks like his last credit was in 2009. If he hasn't, no reason he couldn't continue as Eddie.

EDIT: Apparently Randy Quaid and his wife can't reenter the United States due to outstanding warrants for their arrest.

Randy Quaid's behavior has been a little.. erratic lately. At this point, I think only a person crazier than Quaid would hire him.

ok thats the first time i've seen the trailer and dang it looks pretty funny! Most of the time tho these comedies show ALL the funny lines in the teaser. But I really Laughed out Loud.

I think this looks pretty good so far. If this earns enough to warrant a sequel, they should honour tradition and re-cast Rusty
