I have a Sony HTCT370. When I hook my blue ray and my xbox to the soundbar via HDMI and then hook the soundbar to the TV, there is no signal detected.
My TV is older and basic so it does not have an ARC input. My cables are also very old and basic. The person at the store said that did not matter since the soundbar just passed the signal through to what is hooked to it.
So, do I need a new TV or just a new cable?
