Anyone plan on watching? I enjoyed the other CSI shows. So I will give this a shot.

On a side note. It would be cool if they bring back characters from other CSI shows...even ones that were cancelled.

I'm going to record it, but I'm not too excited about it. I haven't watched a "CSI" show in a long time. A lot will hinge on how much I like the cast as a whole.

These are fine actors, but I thought their line delivery was rather stiff and awkward. The case was very interesting and took us to places the original scenario didn't seem to be going, so it held my interest.

I'll continue to tune in for the next few episodes.

It was entertaining, but typical CSI beyond reality effects. Big room with giant screens and as the program sorts or streams thru text and pictures, it makes funny noises. The team members are able to jump back and forth about the country in very short time spans. They have a holodeck where they do autopsies on virtual bodies that were sent over from the local coroner's office. The funniest was they have software that translates foreign language video into english. Not only does it translate, it uses the same voice tone and inflection and even gives the voices accents.

It's not very often I get fed up 15 minutes in to a new show, but this one takes the cake.

It was just plain awful. I'd be more specific but I just remembered life is too short.

Yikes this is bad.

Is this really a parody of the other CSI shows?

When Beek ran after the sniper and shot him it was ridiculous.

"Virtually teleported" Jeez.

I haven't seen Boyhood yet but Arquette and her snaggletooth

look like they want to be far away.

The teenage video gamer acted better than her in this.

Also I think she referred to the baby as a mole in a whack a mole game.

Rubber dog chew toy with a camera in it that stays in one position while it roles.

Yeah, I thought, why didn't they just email a coroner's report noting the multiple incisions on the woman's breasts. Would have accomplished the same thing.

But that wouldn't have been "techy" enough.

The night this aired I managed to make it through the opening scene and the credits. Wanted to hear the song. But last night I went ahead and watched the whole episode.

I think I'll save the hard drive space for something else.

I'll stick with it for a few more episodes, but I'll probably end up dropping it like I did Scorpion.

The thing with that is that Microsoft has been demonstrating such a device. It not only translates what a person is

saying from one language to another but uses the authors own voice to do so as he/she is actually talking in that

language. Universal translator here we come.

As a side note about the show itself. Blah.

Yes, but does it give them an accent?

Yes, it's already been said so no sense in belaboring it. DREADFUL! sums it up and that's being very kind.

I thought the second episode was a tiny bit better than the first. The cast seems to be gelling nicely with one another, and the acting seemed smoother and more together. The plot required some great leaps of logic, and they seem to have the same teleporter that Glee uses to get people all over the country in the blink of an eye. (They do have their own jet, but even flying in a jet takes time.)

I also dropped Scorpion. Sadly this may join the list. I've always been impressed by Patricia Arquette and what she's done, but I don't see this show continuing. It's kind of like a merge of CSI and Criminal Minds, but it really doesn't work.

I was really looking forward to it, but two episodes in and not that great of a show.
