I don't subscribe to Cinemax or HBO so I was unfamiliar with either series. The reviews for both were very good each series was inexpensive so I purchased all 3 seasons. True Detective season 1 and Banshee seasons 1 & 2.
Wow these are two fantastic series,very good stories, lots of mystery, some sex, Banshee has more action. It has been reported Colin Farrel and Vince Vaughn will star in True Detective season 2. Both True Detective and Banshee are highly recommended.
