Not IMO Ron. Lousy battery life, lots of functionality tied to the iPhone, and expensive. Maybe v2 or v3 will be worth it, but I'll pass on this one.

Oh perhaps, Alf. But I loved my Samsung Watch when I had that phone, and this is so much more advanced.

I already know the benefits of these phones.

Ouch...

$550-$1050 for a watch that will be "obsolete" and out of "fashion" in probably less than a year if not sooner. I don't envy the early adopters on this one.

I'll be buying an Apple TV soon. But I can't help but think a new model will be coming once they "get rid of" the remaining stock of current models at $69.

Was that Bob Harper in the audience wearing the flannel? I kept expecting him to be introduced to talk about the fitness features of the watch or something.

As opposed to the original 2007 iPhone that a year later got third party apps and somehow never got to be obsolete (the way practically ever rival 2007 cell phone did)? Give it a couple of years, and I suspect that early adopters will be seriously envied. As usual.
