Home Theater small bedroom suggestions, help? (1 Viewer)

I'm trying to figure out if I should just get Soundbar or an 5.1 home theater system?Pretty much I have an pretty small room, I have an Sony led 55 inch mounted above my dresser and on top of my dresser is direct tv box and dvd bluray player. Anyways I'm not even sure If i should move my dresser and put an entertainment center there because having too many stuff on top of it, not to mention I might get even more things on top like an Xbox One or av receiver depending on what I'm gonna do, but then again I wouldn't mind the dresser because it saves me a lot of room. Bottom line is I'm just trying to make my small bedroom home theaterish looking, nothing too fancy, just an clean look. So what do you guys think, how will you have set up and 5.1 or soundbar, and what speakers, receiver, or soundbar do you recommend?

1) 55 inch hdtv, I view it from 9 feet
