Wolf (Grey) SDC-8 (Mid 2012) (1 Viewer)

Hi everyone, looking for a bit of advice. I purchase a Wolf SDC-8 in May of 2012 which is still in almost brand new condition. I picked up a few accessories, 2 sets of 3-D glassed and a Screen Innovations Black Diamond 110" LED back light screen. I've literally watch 3 full length movies on it (the unit is un-calibrated as it's not been used enough according to the manufacture). None the less, the area in my home theater room isn't working out for this type of set up. So this past weekend I purchase a Sony XBR79X900B 79" LED 4K Ultra 3-D that looks great and will fit my space really good. It's not 110" but it's very close to 80" My question is what is the best way for my to sell my project, accessories and screen, and what would a realistic used price be for these items? Thanks for any advice!

I'd reasonably hope for 35-40% of retail max on specialty items like this, and sell local. Shipping is likely to kill the deal for either side.

I was a bit afraid this might be the kind of answer I'd get. I think I will contact one of my local H.T. stores and see if they would trade for other equipment I might need. They would get a deal on the projector and I'd get additional equipment I want with out money out of pocket.

I just go lucky... kind of! Best Buy where I picked up the Sony TV just listed it for $1,000 less than I bought mine for. So they gave me a credit for the difference + tax difference!!!

Why did you pair a projector meant for a dark room environment with a screen meant for light rejection?

schan1269... well it was due to the deal I got... I wasn't intending on keeping the screen but knew of a few people that might want to the screen but already had projects. So my intention was to get a different screen but sell the one I originally got. But I could not pass up the deal.
