Nope....the director's cut has never been released on BD...It is available on the 4-disc "Vista Series" DVD

They were all probably edited on SD video so I wouldn't hold my breath for the studios to dig up the extended footage for an HD release. Never say never though.

As for Lethal Weapon, no BD but the "4 Film Favorites" DVD collection had directors cuts of a 4 films...http://www.amazon.com/Film-Favorites-Lethal-Weapon-Directors/dp/B000U1ZV8K
