My German copy is en route, ordered two days before this Kino announcement. So it goes...

Not sure as I have not played it in years, I will have to check.
Come on...all the rest of us have sold our LD collections years ago! SD just replaced them...wait, it's now HDVDVD...wait again, it's now BD that replaced them all...wait, again, again, 4K (2060) is replacing everything...even though tons of movies were never released on VHS, let alone SD.

I.AM.NOT.GOING.TO.REPLACE.MY.COLLECTION.WITH.4K...I AM HAPPY WITH WHAT I HAVE IN MY HOME THEATER!!!

Unfortunately I will always replace and update my collections because I want the best possible experience available at the time. So 4K it is. ;)

What makes it so mad for me is, last month I decided to watch it again, figuring that it would "NEVER" come out in BD. I really have to stop watching my classics...classics in my mind only!

Although I somehow got taken to see it, I remember one critic review saying "This movie is living proof of the (80's) cocaine problem in Hollywood."

And although, reading that back now, it was probably just a cheap what-were-they-thinking joke, at the time, I took the comment more literally and thought, yes:
This is exactly the sort of concept that an overworked snowbound studio executive would start to come up with once his pitches started to get on a "roll", back in the 80's days when studio-produced comedies and TV sitcoms were nearly indistinguishable, and there's a sort of feeling that the actors don't quite know why they're doing it either.

....Still, the stop-motion dinos were cute.
Holy zug-zug!
(Don't you mean, "Holy ca-ca"? Zug-zug is quite a different matter altogether. )

It was funny the DVD had French and Spanish dubs, (not to mention subtitles!) when nobody in the movie is speaking a known language to begin with.

If we could only get Quest For Fire released in North America now...

"Holy ca-ca" works as well, but I'm sticking with "Holy zug-zug." ;)

I think she says that at the end or near the end. If I remember she made a real twisted disappointed face when she said it. I don't remember what disappointed her though, it has been a very long time.

I don't think that scene is in the movie. Are you sure or could you be confusing it with another? Or maybe I just don't remember. ;)
