I couldn't find the thread concerning the Batman replacement disc program, but I have filled out the Warner customer service form twice and have received no reply concerning the Batman replacement Blu-ray program. What do I do? Any Warner Home video reps on this forum?

We are in production on replacement discs with a target fulfilment date in late January 2015.If you haven’t done so already, you must register at www.shipment-service.com/batman66 and provide complete contact and shipping information for the replacement program for specific discs within Batman: The Complete Television Series on Blu-Ray and DVD.The information provided will allow us to quickly service your needs upon availability; for Blu-ray sets - discs 1 and 5 will be replaced; and for DVD sets - discs 1 and 8.
