These snowflakes are reducing responsiveness on my iPad. They also make it harder to read. :)
It's not happening on my iPad HTF app...Oh, wait, were you using the browser?

When you are driving do you find it distracting when its snowing?

I like the snow flakes. No other home cinema forum seems to have this nice touch. :)

If this could be mashed up with Asteroids or Space Invaders it would be a Christmas miracle / dream come true.

Asteroids, I enjoy that basic game. Maybe have space ship shooting snow flakes up into smaller pieces and the UFO can be Santa on his sled, shoot it, shoot it.

Yeah, the snowflakes are cute but I'd rather read without them.

*EDIT*
If you use NoScript you can forbid "ajax.googleapis.com" and they go away. BUT I don't know what else this may break on the site.

If you want to turn them off, just go to Change Theme on the bottom right and select Home Theater Forum 3.4. Let me know if that doesn't work.

I only can access Dark and Mobile. The menu seems to get cutoff by the bottom banner of Partner icons. Dark is not my personal taste, but it removes the snowflakes. :)

In Firefox (version 34 on Windows 7), I find the Change Theme button on the lower left corner of any page.

The problem is, on a page like this with several responses, I can't see all the choices of skin. But on a page like THIS THREAD (which currently only has a few responses) the post content has not yet caught up with all the stuff in the right-hand margin (reviews, etc.) and you have plenty of room to see all the theme choices.

No luck. Bottom left of mine says "Mark Community Read". That's all.
