Large Screen Plasma, LED, or 4K (1 Viewer)

Looking to replace our 57 inch, old RPTV with a wall mount TV that is 64-inches or larger.The room is dark, with no light coming in from windows, etc. Seating is only 13-15 feet away.For picture quality, what gives me my best quality? OLED is out of my price, assuming they are over $3000.1. 4K, as I understand it, may be a waste of money due to the fact that very limited material is available. But how does it up convert Blu-Ray?2. Plasma is only LG and Samsung, but produces the best blacks. Is it superior to LED?What type would you suggest in the 65 inch area?Plasma or LED.

LED is LCD.At 13 feet, why not a projector? I sit 9 feet from a 120.

A projector is down the road a few years.

Found my answer in a samsung pn64 plasma, the best plasma left out there from last year.
