Are there certain features that you're looking for in an AVR? What kind of speakers are you looking for/have space for (towers, books, sats)? Are there any other features you're looking for that we need to be aware of?

Thanks for the reply dear, I have enough space for tower speakers and the things which I need that I would like to feel clear sound and effects of Bluray as well as of strong bass.

Please advise good stuff for me.

Ok I have a few questions for you. Are you open to refurb vs new? Are you in the US? How flexible is your budget? What is the size of room that you're working with? I'm not sure that you're going to get a full 5.1 with towers for your budget. I'm thinking a prepack might be the way to go at this point.

Well I am planing to buy new one as refurb could ditch me anytime, I am living in Pakistan and by profession I am banker. Recently I couldn't expend my budget and if you are saying that I can't buy tower in this budget then suggest me alternatives which full fill my desires. the area I am using is 12 feet long and 8 feet wide.

Please suggest.

What are some brands and/or audio stores available in your area? Can you link some options? It's going to be hard to make recommendations without knowing what you can buy and the prices.

That's just the receiver, which leaves $250 for the speakers and subwoofer. Sam is right, at the budget you want, you might want to consider: http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00IWQIGXW/ref=mp_s_a_1_30?qid=1414674768&sr=1-30 Orhttp://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B007PU2X76/ref=mlt_B00IWQIGXW_B007PU2X76

If you can buy from Amazon.com...the US site then you have some options. How much shipping would be I'm not sure. I would look at this prepack from yamaha the Yht-399. Or you could go with the AVR that you found with a speaker set like this yamaha or this monoprice. Again I don't know how they will fit into your budget with shipping to Pakistan factored in.

well getting items from amazon is not a problem with less charges as I have an agent in Pakistan.

Read my plan carefully and then advise.

I already have Audionic DJ-66 Sound master speakers which I am going to make them passive and they will be perform as front.

I will purchase used Yamaha center & surround speakers from my country. $45

I will purchase Yamaha RX-V377. $250

Now suggest me appropriate Sub woofer and also tell me how is this set-up is going to be :)

I like the V377...those Audionic as mains...I don't know about them. The yamaha center and surrounds are ok but you really should match all three front speakers if you're going to use it for movies. It's not a hard rule but a strong suggestion. I think if I were you I would just buy a speaker set from Amazon that includes a sub and be done with it. I would look at the following

Yamaha Set $130

Monoprice set $105

What's the budget for the subwoofer?
I was suggested by my friends who have home theater that subwoofer should be strong, that's why thinking about sparing extra buks for subwoofer :)
