The Disclaimer

Standard disclaimer: All prices are taken from the websites of each chain, or from their printed Sunday advertisements. All prices are subject to change by each chain. Prices and inventory in-store may or may not match the website price.

I, obviously, cannot include EVERY title released in a given week in the RoundUp. The titles included are those that I am interested in...as well as those which I consider will be of interest to a majority of consumers (and sometimes I’ll miss one!). I don't get paid for this, and I don't have the time to list every DVD. So, please don't complain! If there is a title not included in the RoundUp that you want to see, PLEASE just look it up yourself, and be nice enough to post and share the results with everyone!

Note that I cannot include Wal-Mart/Sam’s Club prices in the RoundUp. They set prices at individual stores based on nearby competition, so there is no way I can say here what price you'll find at YOUR local Wal-Mart/Sam’s Club location. And, Circuit City is still out of business...even in Hawaii (where they NEVER guaranteed their prices anyway).

Thanks for the RoundUp, Mike.

There are several Fox titles on the list, but I have no idea if we'll get any review materials or not. I had given up on getting anything from last week's releases, and then American Horror Story: Coven showed up on Friday. So, you never know.

Eagerly looking forward to the Twilight Time releases, too. Haven't seen several of them since their initial theatrical release.

X-Men 3D BD is currently $22.99 at Amazon. I preordered it months and months ago.
Yeah, the other day, I jumped on that price. I've been trying to hold off on the buying recent theatrical releases coming out on BD this Fall as I think many of them will be priced lower come Black Friday and Xmas sales.

Thanks for the Roundup! The Speilberg set looks awesome, but as much as I would like it it is out of my price range. And I'm waiting on X-Men for the extended version next year. So nothing for me this week.

I just got a Best Buy reward, and I never made it to see X-men, so I'll likely pick up the standard BD.

I have the privilege of reviewing My Darling Clementine (something I am working on today,) but I until I can finish and post it, I wanted to tease that it is not only a magnificent film, but its presentation on Blu-ray is wonderful and includes the longer 'pre-release' version of the film. It will be coming Highly Recommended from me.

For those of you with a Costco in the area, I found the Criterion of My Darling Clementine on blu-Ray there yesterday for $19.99.
Note to self to have a meeting with the CEO of Costco about putting a store in my area...

They're reportedly opening about 20 new stores in the US within the next year (haven't heard anything about locations). Keep your fingers crossed. :)

Picked up My Darling Clementine at Costco tonight.

They also have the new X-Men: Days of Future Past blu-ray on sale for $17.99...price good through Sunday, I think (regular price $21.99).
