The Hsu is cheaper (by $100), customizable (running as either sealed or ported), and a little more powerful. Plus, I always give the edge to a company that publishes its response graph. So for me it's an easy choice to go with Hsu.

On the other hand, you probably can't go wrong with either one.

Whichever one you go for avoid piano black, not sure why manufacturers go for that glossy material but it attracts fingerprints and dust and i absolutely hate it, i have an AV stand that uses it, i have the PS3 that uses it and i have a projector that uses it, i hate it, piano black is not good, a matt black finish that doesn't shine and looks good is great.

P.S. If it was me i'd also invest in an SPL meter and calibration disc and buy the HSU due to that great warranty.
