We bought the Down and Out mount as well. It is just what we were looking for to mount the TV in our new dance room. We wanted to be able to mount the TV so that it could be stowed up above the mirrored wall when not in use, but be brought down when we wanted to use it. This mount allows the TV to be lowered by almost 32" with very little effort. It is very well built and came with all of the necessary hardware to mount our 65" TV.
