Okay...so I finally got around to doing a little wiring in my home theater room today and mounted my screen and projector just to test the room out a little. I got a Viewsonic PJD5134 projector because I saw a lot of fairly positive reviews on it...I realize it's not the greatest or expensive rig ever, but I intend to upgrade down the road so I bought a "factory refurbished" unit off of eBay. Anyhow after it was setup, it was really apparent that there is a very dark grey bar about 5" high cutting across the screen image (see photo). It doesn't go away messing with aspect ratio etc. or when the setting are changed from ceiling to table mount...no matter what I do the bar stays. Anybody ever have this problem with their projector? This is maybe an input problem or internal?
