The Disclaimer

Standard disclaimer: All prices are taken from the websites of each chain, or from their printed Sunday advertisements. All prices are subject to change by each chain. Prices and inventory in-store may or may not match the website price.

I, obviously, cannot include EVERY title released in a given week in the RoundUp. The titles included are those that I am interested in...as well as those which I consider will be of interest to a majority of consumers (and sometimes I’ll miss one!). I don't get paid for this, and I don't have the time to list every DVD. So, please don't complain! If there is a title not included in the RoundUp that you want to see, PLEASE just look it up yourself, and be nice enough to post and share the results with everyone!

Note that I cannot include Wal-Mart/Sam’s Club prices in the RoundUp. They set prices at individual stores based on nearby competition, so there is no way I can say here what price you'll find at YOUR local Wal-Mart/Sam’s Club location. And, Circuit City is still out of business...even in Hawaii (where they NEVER guaranteed their prices anyway).

Amazon has already reduced the one disc Captain America to 19.99

If they don't match Target with the 3-D price, I'll be at Target Tuesday morning at 8:00 a.m.

Big week for me. I'll be picking up Prom Night, Pumpkinhead and Salvador. I'll wait a couple months for a sale on Star Trek two pack and Supernatural. And at some point, I'll get Across 110th Street, Any Given Sunday, Cotton Comes To Harlem, Graduation Day and Seizure.

Thanks, Mike, for the prices and for the links to the reviews.

For those interested in the contents of the Perry Mason TV movies on DVD, I reviewed the set here, and this is CBS releasing the contents of that box separately. As I stated in the review, buying them separately is actually a better deal than buying the box set. All you'll lose is the slipcase.

I'm supposed to get Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. to review, but the Marvel side of Disney is being cagey about whether I'll actually get it or not.

I reviewed Any Given Sunday several years ago, and I suspect this is just an anniversary repackaging of that transfer.

We're all waiting to receive this month's Twilight Time offerings, but they're delayed.

I assumed the same thing but Oliver Stone said on Facebook that this disc has both the theatrical & the director's cuts and a new 30 minute documentary. The theatrical cut has never been released on video before.

How did I know that that was going to be the photo you used for Captain America: The Winter Soldier, Mike? :D Thanks as always for all of your hard work.

The sticker on the front of the cover art on the Target website mentions downloading your digital copy at targetticket.com so it's not looking great for it being on disc.

Mike - my review of Tuesday's Star Trek: The Compendium has just been posted. A little disappointed that an image of Zoe Saldana or Alice Eve didn't make the round up this week. There's still time to correct that mistake, however ;)

Thank you for the Roundup! I was going to go to Target to get the extra content on Captain America, but Best Buy's deal is too good to pass up, so I will get Captain America and The Goldbergs together. Anybody who has not seen The Goldbergs but enjoys family sitcoms should definitely check it out; it never really made sense to air it after Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., and I'm glad ABC will be putting it on Wednesdays in between The Middle and Modern Family this year. $33.99 is too high for Star Trek given that I already have the original's special edition and just want the IMAX cut/complete supplements for Into Darkness, so I'll wait on that one.
