Most of those will all be UV from experience. I'd recommend getting a Google+ account and looking for ultraviolet digital codes. Group has 4000 members on there with loads of sellers. I've been able to get codes for very cheap.Also ask around for Mike Oullet, he's one of the best sellers to speak to.

Thanks for the suggestion.  I'm not a huge fan of UV and do realize that many of the titles I am looking for didn't have an iTunes code with the box.  I'm just eternally hoping for a miracle. :)
