SEDUCTIVE SHOWTIME® ORIGINAL SERIES STARRING

DAVID DUCHOVNY RIDES OFF INTO THE SUNSET

CALIFORNICATION: THE FINAL SEASON

Also Starring Natasha McElhone, Pamela Adlon, Madeleine Martin, And Evan Handler, Last 12 Episodes Of Unforgettable SHOWTIME Comedy Series Arrive On DVD August 5

Take one last ride down the storied California coast when the sultry SHOWTIME original comedy series CALIFORNICATION: THE FINAL SEASON arrives on DVD August 5 from Showtime Networks, CBS Home Entertainment and Paramount Home Media Distribution. David Duchovny, in his Golden Globe® Award-winning performance, returns as fan-favorite lothario novelist Hank Moody in the final 12 episodes of the seventh season, arriving five weeks after the critically-acclaimed show’s broadcast finale on June 29.

When the fast-living Hank left the literary haunts of New York for the pleasure-seeking splendors of LA, he thought he'd have fame, fortune and the love of a good woman. Now his personal life is in shambles, his career is on the brink of self-destruction and he still just can't stop yielding to every temptation.  The final season of CALIFORNICATION finds the incomparable Hank in the writer’s room, as his never-released film Santa Monica Cop now becomes a television series of the same name. Riled by his boss, the show’s old-school executive producer Rick Rath (Michael Imperioli), Hank also has trouble playing nice with his fellow writing team members. Soon he’s thrown by the reemergence of old friend Julia (Heather Graham), whose arrival causes chaos in Hank’s already hectic life, including his on-off relationship with muse Karen (Natasha McElhone). Starring series regulars Pamela Adlon, Madeleine Martin and Evan Handler, CALIFORNICATION: THE FINAL SEASON also features guest stars Oliver Cooper, Michael Imperioli, Rob Lowe, Brandon T. Jackson, Mercedes Masohn, Mary Lynn Rajskub and Stephen Tobolowsky, Comedian Alonzo Bodden and co-stars.

The CALIFORNICATION: THE FINAL SEASON DVD is available as a two-disc collection and will be available for the suggested retail price of $46.99 U.S. AND $52.99 Canada. Not one season on Blu-Ray. Amazing! While I'm at it, I'd like to say that I enjoyed every season of this smutty, repetitive, annoying, disreputable series, AND of course they could have stopped after the fairly perfect first season.

My favorite chick was the hippie/ record chick.

She had rounds on several shows at the time. Wonder what she is up to.
